You need to get a new bra when the old one wears out. If you buy a quality bra, and you clean it properly and alternate days that you wear the bra, a bra can last for years. If you wear it daily or buy a cheaper quality bra, you may replace it in a few months.

Change your bra more often, wash and dry very well under the breast and use a Pambra.. it a bra liner that keeps you dry and comfortable. it absorbs the moisture in the bra area..
