Should be the rearmost O2 sensor in bank 2. Use a wrench or O2 sensor socket to get it out. Unplug it first from the harness so it doesn't get all twisted and damage the plug on the car's harness.
To change an O2 sensor you need to disconnect the wiring harness from the sensor. Use an O2 sensor socket and ratchet set to remove the old sensor and replace with the new one.

Fornt one is located on the top and it is right on the header and the rear O2 sensor should locate on your cat converter right in the middle of your car. So check which sensor that you need and replace it.

One on each side, on the exhaust manifolds,you can reach them from the top. Should be a single wire if its the base model. An O2 sensor socket, pb blaster, extensions, universal will be required to do this.
