The minimum age to purchase an ATV quad bike varies by country and sometimes by state or province. In many places, you must be at least 16 years old to buy one, while others may allow younger individuals to purchase them with parental consent. Additionally, age restrictions may apply for operating the vehicle, often requiring riders to be at least 14 or 16 years old, depending on local laws. Always check your local regulations for specific age requirements.
In Greece, the minimum age to drive a quad bike (ATV) is typically 16 years old. However, riders must also have a valid driver's license, specifically a category B license or a specific ATV license. It’s important to check local regulations, as rules may vary by region or rental company. Always prioritize safety by wearing helmets and following traffic laws.

I own KTM SX & Yamaha dirt bikes and a Honda quad. I have more fun on the bikes. I feel like I have more control than I have on my quad. But my 17 year old like his quad better than a dirtbike. So no I dont think atv's are better Its just what you prefer and are comfortable with.
you will need to be 17 with a FULL CAR LICENSE
