Fenrir's exact age and date of birth are unknown. The only canon information we have is that he bit Remus Lupin before 1971 (when he was eleven) which means he was born before then. Most likely sometime around 1940 making him an adult when he bit Remus.

Greyback broke into his bedroom and attacked Remus as he slept. Remus' father managed to stop the attack in time to save his sons life.
