yes, shes in it a little bit. when the cullens play Baseball and James coven comes, Victoria is there but she doesnt say or do much. edward, rosalie, emmet, carlisle, and Esme hunt Victoria along with James and laurent, but it becomes known in the hospital at the end of the book that they didnt catch anyone but James. in the twilight movie, Victoria is also at Bella and Edwards prom, but that's not what really happens. if that really happened, Victoria would kill Bella to avenge James when edward left so Jacob could dance with Bella. in new moon, the only appearance she makes is in the water after Bella jumps off the cliff. edward also admits to hunting her throughout his absence.
