If it has a serial number it was made after 1968.They claim they are fifty dollar shotguns in good shootable shape. I see them go for as much as 100-120 dollars on gunbroker.com in good shape. I recently found an old one in the tenite stock that is in very nice shape. I gave fifty for it at a St.Louis area pawn shop.I have been trying to find out how old it is. Gun parts and Boyd's both list walnut stocks and fore arms for these guns yet.
My first shot gun was a savage arms model 94 20 ga a old one thought but in good shootable condition for 45 dollars at a Washington gun show. It tipped over on cement though and now it needs a new hammer cause the end snapped off.
