The ship that carried the Pilgrims was built around 1609, and arrived in Plymouth in 1620. It was apparently broken up for timber by 1624.
A second ship named Mayflower made 5 crossings of the Atlantic between 1629 and 1639, then went missing and was presumed lost with all hands in 1641.
A replica of the original ship, called the Mayflower II, was launched in England in 1956 and recreated the crossing to the US. It is berthed at State Pier in Plymouth, MA.
