leggaly it is 18+ in america, but morally that is relitive to reason for purchase. so for should what age be able to buy a gun the answer is up to each individual case in a perfect world. in a perfect free market a gun seller should be able to sell the gun to anyone they thing is right to have it and the buyer should be able to buy it when they think that there right to have it.
