What age do you need to be when you have an energy drink?

Well, honestly you can be any age beginning at 6 or 7. I wouldn't recommend it in younger children because they are smaller and already have enough energy. If you have heart problems I would also not recommend drinking them because they speed up your heart rate for the adrenaline affect.

welll unlike some people say i believe that you should be about ummmmm 6 and a half because school is tiring but lately i believe that carrots always win the race soooooo ha ppl who say it is 15

You should be over 18 yrs to buy any energy drinks, but you don't have to be. I think you should at least be 13 but younger can drink them, they just aren't healthy.

Atleast 13yrs of age is recommended. But there isn't really an age limit.

I think you should be 12 or 13 at least because they contain a lot of sugar and energy, and ages younger than 12 have more than enough energy and at the age of 12 you are basically a teenager.
