It is quite possible that a female pit-bull could have puppies from as early as 6 months old, however this is not a good idea and you should ideally wait until around 2 years of age. If you are not wanting to breed, you should get the female dog spayed as soon as the vets are happy to do it.

As with any breed, a female dog should be at least one year of age before breeding. This helps to ensure that she can carry the litter, deliver safely and care for her puppies properly.

Can a female toy poodle have pitbull puppies?

No, for two reasons. First, the pitbull is a distinct breed, so crossing a toy poodle with a pitbull would result in mixed-breed puppies, not pitbull puppies. Second, and probably more importantly, toy poodles are much smaller than pitbulls, by a factor of 8-10x. It would be close to impossible to breed a male pitbull to a female toy poodle, and the fetal-maternal mismatch in sizes would likely result in difficulty during birth or even death of both the mother and the puppies.
