Chocolate, my friend. Works every time. Also try to stay away from other lovers for a while, it will only make you more upset. When you're ready, normally when you're mad at her instead of sad for a while and any feelings for her are leaving, find someone else. Do this and you'll be coping about as well as you can. Good luck!
Okay, this is what you do :
1. Never forget the reason why you guys broke up.
2. throw away anything your bf/gf gaveyou.
3. ignore the their IMs, texts, phone calls, emails;etc. No matter how bad you want to answer them, don't.
4. forget all the memories you guys had.
5. Play sports && get involved w/ stuff. Keep yourself busy. This will help you forget about the other person.
6. Hang out w/ your close friends.
7. Think about all the ugly things about your bf/gf.
Okay then. I had a lot of tough breakups myself, and the steps above helps me get over every breakup. I learned over experience;; not from a book = ]

The best advice I can give you is to just not talk to him for at least 3 weeks. Then after you feel like you don't have any desire to be with him anymore then you guys can talk again or do however you please. but, do not flirt. and if he flirts with you do not recipricate.
And it will take how ever long you two were together for how long it will take you to get over him. Example, if you guys dated for 3 months, then it will take around 3 months to get COMPLETLY over him.
Try to understand what might have gone wrong in the relationship. In order for any relationship to work, both parties must work continually at it. Don't dwell on the negativity for too long, but get on with life as best you can. Take a break from dating so that you don't get caught in the rebound stage. There is someone out there that's right for you ... it may take years to find them. It took me 34 years to find the gal of my dreams. It was worth the wait ... definitely worth it.
best way? well i would say is by telling him the truth. always be honest.
Talk it over with a friend or parent. Always remember them but have a good time and keep busy so you're not thinking of him/her!
try to move on no one is perfect...
you cry all night long about it, listen to the song love drunk, then you DEAL WITH IT
Moving on..... get a new BF or GF
Teens can deal with breaks-up very different from each other. It really depends upon what happened.
Maintain balance of power
There are a lot of things that are difficult to deal with, however most people would agree that the death of a loved one is one of the hardest experiences. Another difficult situation is a breakup or a divorce.
Probably, as Adrianna will be very stressed about giving up her child and Navid won't be able to deal with it ans support her.
There are several places where someone can find more information on how to deal with a breakup. They can visit a psychologist or they can visit websites like Headspace, Help Guide, Netdoctor and WikiHow.
No they do not breakup in the Breakup episode
If it was a hard breakup, I will give him three months. An easy breakup a week.
The day after a breakup will be considered day 1 of the breakup or the make up. For example, if the breakup happens on a Tuesday, then day 1 will be Wednesday.
Divorce can be a very painful thing. Check out http://www.helpguide.org/mental/coping_divorce_relationship_breakup.htm for tips on how to recover from a breakup or divorce.
