How should one deal with human sexuality?

Human sexuality is as old as time itself. From the first man and woman on earth, there has been "human sexuality" and "sexuality issues". I can imagine cave men and women having a few fights over having sex, just like today that males and females must wotk out how and when to come together for pleasure. However, today we know "sex" can cause pregnancy and have more choices than men and women ever had. We also now understand that human sexuality is a lifetime human state; we don't lose our sexuality just because we grow old.
