This is not Vicodin. The cursive "V" does not stand for Vicodin (it is the manufacturer's logo), and though it does resemble the hydrocodone-containing pills (Lortab, Vicodin), the white oblong pill with the 4212 imprint is actually a generic version of Robaxin 750mg (methocarbamol), a muscle relaxant.
