At age 14, if you want to be a fashion/runway model, agencies will require you to be 5'8" but for younger models they typically will lower the height requirement to 5'6" or 5'7" since they know you will have a shot at growing taller as you get older.
If you want to do teen modeling or commercial/print, then 5'5" is the minimum height.
According to agency standards, female fashion models should be between 5'8" and 6'0" and for male fashion models, they should be between 5'11"-6'2". Some agencies are increasing the height for male models in certain markets to 6'3" and even 6'4" but this hasn't become the norm yet for the industry overall.
