I met Mengele in 2002 ( the 1979 death was an intel shill (as he worked for the West and needed to be able to travel a bit) and born about 1911 he was then down to 5 foot 2 inches. Great for being ignored ,but height for him always was an issue. I guess if he stayed at his sons Villa Almiran in Mougins he would have had the satisfaction of not being supposed to be the man of his past.
He sent children to the gas chambers if they were less than about 5 foot 2 inches so it is ironic his height (guessed by me from my encounter with the man) mimicked that he set for others, andsomeof whom beat the rap by putting stones in their shoes.
