the invention of the simple microscope by Robert hooke facilitated the initial study of cells.later the invention of the complex microscope and more recently the electronic microscope helped the scientists to learn so much about the microscopic cells.
The microscope helped Scientists see some things for the first time. We learned that we're made of trillions of cells and because of that have ventured into many new fields of sceince
Robert Hooke is credited for discovering and naming the cells found in both living and dead organisms. Using the bark of a cork tree, he was the first to see cells under a microscope.
The Microscope.
The microscope! :)

electron microscope
It helps scientists view a more basic unit of structure to get to the Cell theory sooner.
I would have to say a telescope/microscope. with the invention of them they helped expand our world to better understand it.
it helped the scientist see things that can not be seen with the naked eye up close and see what they are made up of. and it also helped the scientist see what a cell is made up of and it helped scientists see what plants, animals, objects are made up of and the microscope helped the cell theory.
The Microscope.
The microscope! :)
The Telescope
The Hubble telescope helped scientists to do this.
It has helped the scientists predict the weather, learn how the planets actually are, and understand what space actually is.
