Go to the next page while editing the header and click the button "Connect to previous section" in the Header toolbar.

Heading words at the top of the page in a dictionary help you quickly navigate to the section where a specific word is located. They serve as guides to find the right alphabetical section for the word you are looking up.

The prefix for the word 'heading' is 'un-'.
I had the same problem, But after weeks of trying to figure it out, Go into the heading "View" And in the "Show/Hide" section, You will see a box with the word "Gridlines" next to it, And it will be ticked, Untick it

Use the first word that you are defining on a page as one guide word. Use the last one in the same page if necessary. Do the same for the next page.

Page Layout tab -> Page Setup section -> press arrow next to Breaks and will open Page Breaksand Section Breaks window.
Insert a section break at the end of the page when you want the next page to have a different header. "Link to previous" will be highlighted. Click on it to undo it. Then you can type the new header on the next page.
On page 15. Card next to map/globe at top of page. Says A Box Of Crackers. On the top of the block in the picture is the word BEST.
