You can't really become an admin. It's about a .01% chance. You may on the other hand apply as a site moderator, but that is a difficult task as well. Since there are many other people out there that would like to obtain that job.
Actually there is a way to become a site moderator for Gaia Online. You can fill in a moderator application, which you can view by going to "Question and Assistance forum". The thread should be a sticky telling you how to apply etc. Slots might not be open, so you'll need to check everyday if you want to apply. The admins will review your applications, and if they accept your applications you will get a pm about further info. If your declined you will still get a pm, telling you why.
To become a admin is impossinle to be honest. Unless you want to be employed and work with them. With site moderator job its volunteery.
