If you have not done so already I would suggest that you undertake a GCSE or A level in Psychology to ensure this is what you want to do. Following which you would need to undertake a degree in psychology, preferably one accredited by the British Psychological Association.
After which you will be able to look for a job! At which stage you would probably be looking at an assistant position.
