Remove the question mark and change the word order so that it becomes a statement eg Are you there? becomes You are there Is that a cat? becomes That is a cat the sky is blue and white spring is a cool month life is like a box of chocolates

For Example:

The boy is eating the apple.

This is Declarative so if I need to change it to Interrogative

I must ask Who?

Who was eating the apple?

Boy, But the boy is not the answer so I only change the order of sentence.
