There isn't a separate fuse for the blinkers... they share a fuse with other lights. If no other lights are out, then you're looking at a different problem... might be a bad switch, might be faulty wiring.

Behind the kick panel at the back of the driver's side footwell.
The fuse panel is located under the sterriing wheel up against the fire wall.
Either in the fuse panel to the left of the clutch, or behind the dash on the passenger side.
Need to know the engine. The multiplexing varies between engine models.
If you check the fuse circuit box, there is a fuse for your blinkers. Just change to the amp that is required which is probably a 20. Should work good as new again
Most models of Kenworth have it in the kick panel on the driver's side.
The fuse for the dashboard is located in slot 18. The fuse for the blinkers is located in slot 3.
When you open the door, the side of the dash that that makes contact with the door will have a little panel that says fuse panel
