Take the lid off the brake reservoir, immediately in front of driver in engine compartment
First it must be determined which type of brake fluid a 95 Ford Taurus uses. More than likely it is Dot 3. To add this fluid, find the brake fluid reservoir on the master cylinder. Unscrew the cap to the reservoir and replenish your brake fluid to the fill line. Screw the cap back on.

It uses brake fluid in the brake fluid reservoir. The clutch fluid (brake fluid) is fed by the brake fluid reservoir. The clutch fluid reservoir is just beneath the brake fluid reservoir. So, add fluid to the brake fluid reservoir to fill the clutch fluid, also.

If you are speaking of the brake light on the dash, you may be low on brake fluid. Just fill the master cylinder with DOT 3 brake fluid, and the light should not come on anymore.
