Give him gifts he likes and get all of his Heart Events. Once he has Four Hearts in his Diary you can propose to him by handing him the Blue Feather.
You get the Blue Feather in Summer from Nik, Nac, and Flak.
Once you have successfully proposed the wedding takes place on the first day on the second year.
Or the second option is to make sure that Gustafa likes you most out of all three guys. Then wait until Spring first of the second year. If you have not gotten engaged by the start of the second year the guy who likes you most will come to your house and propose to your character.
If you say no the game will end, so make sure the guy who comes is the one you want to marry.
