There are three wallet upgrades in the game. You get them from the following areas:

• The first upgrade can be bought in the Hyrule Castle shop for 80 rupees. This upgrade lets you hold 200 rupees.
• The second upgrade can be gotten in the Eastern Hills. Use the Cane of Pacci on a hole there to get to a ledge, leading to an area in the Minish Woods with a Great Fairy. Throw all your rupees in, and you'll get the second upgrade, letting you hold 500 rupees.
• For the third upgrade, fuse Kinstones with the mayor in Hyrule Castle Town to make a patch of water clear in Lon Lon Ranch. Go to this area and down the stairs to find a chest with the 999 rupee upgrade.
