at 14 your body is still developing, DO NOT put serious strain on your body. just be carefull with what you eat, try to eat 6 times a day, but only small meals, this will stop you feeling hungry, yet you find you are eating every other hour. take up a weekend sport, but do not have a heavy diet etc etc, you are only 14 and your body will continue to grow, if you maintain your weight, and grow taller, effectively you will not ba as overweight
90 lbs is way too much to lose "quickly" at any age. And particularly as you're still growing you need to to be extra careful that you are still getting all the nutrients that you need. If you really need to lose that much you should talk to a doctor and a dietician. For a healthy loss rate, and for the time to develop the healthier eating and exercising habits to let you keep the weight off, expect to spend a year on losing it.
