To get iron ingots, first make a pickax, then go digging. try to find iron ore, which has a tan colour on top of the regular stone. Mine it, then go back to your furnace and smelt/cook it into an iron ingot.

∙ 11y agoGet some iron ore - This is blocks that look like cobblestone (greyish) but will have little bits of bronze in them. Mine them with a stone pick axe and you will collect some iron ore. Next go chop down some wood from any tree nearby. Then go to a furnace and put the iron ore in the top slot then wood at the bottom and you will have an iron ingot.
