The easiest way is to download and install that program again. If you want to re-install the program, inform us which program was that and what do you mean by "refresh".

If you accidentally deleted what someone else typed and you didn't save it, then what you can do is hit refresh or go back to "Question Home" and start over. If you did save it after deleting it, then the way to retrieve it is to either ask a supervisor to revert the answer, or you can reconstruct the answer from the Question History.
