Just run the below command in START->RUN (you may need to change the path if you have not used the default path; just give the path of the DLL file "ADFSMenu.dll").
regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Drive CS4\ADFSMenu.dll"
Alternatively, search through the registry for the follow key and delete all instances:
{C95FFEAE-A32E-4122-A5C4-49B5BFB69795}
