The first answer is correct. Though having a copy of the owner's manual is always a very good idea. It is also true that most bolt action rifles have a release mechanism to extract the bolt for cleaning and maintenance.
First of all, empty the tube magazine and clear the chamber... always! Pull the bolt back firmly while holding the trigger back. There will be resistance at the normal end of travel for the bolt but it should continue to slide out. My 783 is fairly tight and takes somewhat of a "snatching" action to remove it. If you can't get it out, slide it back forward and again with the trigger pulled back, give the bolt a good hard yank back. You may have to do this a few times to get the hang of it but it will come out.
I believe that the marlin model 783 holds 7 rounds.

Bolt removal on this model is fairly straightforward and simple. First work the bolt to the rear as if to chamber a shell. Second pull trigger and continue to pull the bolt to the rear and it will slide out the back of the reciever. To reinstall bolt complete this sequence in reverse.

Just pull the trigger as you pull bolt out.
