In the fuel tank lol that person is funny, yes it is in the fuel tank, the access pannel is located under the trunk trays and spare tire, remove 4 screws and move the pannel (which is on the passenger side) and there you find the pump

Good news, Toyota was thoughtful when they installed an access pannel under the back seat. Remove the back seat, unscrew access pannel (6 to 8 Phillips head screws) WALA!! JIm

This info is from a Hyundai forum. "There is a fuel filter which is located inside the gas tank. There is an access panel under the seat - secured by 4 screws. Remove the rear seat squab, remove the access pannel, de-pressurize the fuel system, release the fuel lines, unscrew the fuel pump securing ring, and lift out the fuel pump assembly."
Unless there is an access panel above the fuel pump inside the vehicle, you must remove the fuel tank in order to replace the fuel pump.
1993-1997 Chrysler Concorde does have a fuel pump access plate under the carpet in the trunk.
Mounted on top and inside the fuel tank. Look for an access panel to get to the pump without removing the fuel tank. If there is none, you will have to remove the fuel tank.
