How to replace 2003 Honda Accord dash lights?

I am not sure about a 2003 Accord but I just replaced the dash lights on my 2000 Accord (V6 EX 4-door). The dealer wanted approximately $245 in labor in addition to paying for the parts. I just went ahead and bought 10 of the 17 bulbs at about $4-5 each and started unscrewing the bezel around the instrument cluster. (I disconnected the battery first). After removing those two screws and pulling the plastic frame out, I saw 4 screws holding the instrument cluster in place. I removed those 4 screws out and proceeded to pull the actual cluster out. There were 3 separate, green electrical clips at the top. Those came out pretty easily and then I could see the back where there were 5 of one type of bulb (bigger) and 12 of another (smaller). The bigger bulbs (the 5) were the ones most burned out. Those stay on while the headlights are on as well as two of the smaller ones on the top. The rest of those smaller bulbs must be for warning lights. After putting everything back together I realized I missed a burned out bulb. So I had to redo everything but it only took me about 10 minutes the second time around. It makes me wonder where the $245 in labor comes in. I guess you pay for the "expertise". But for $245 for 10 minutes work I should really think about changing jobs... or owning a dealership.
