Disconnect the battery. Look under the hood and see if the starter is on the radiator side of the engine or the back side. Probably is on the back side. Jack the car, remove the bolts, making sure you remember which bolt secured which wire, remove the starter. Put the new starter in, making sure it is the right application, thread the bolts by hand, making sure to put the wires back correctly, then tighten them good. Reconnect the battery, and there you go.
