Pull truck on ramps and apply parking brake.drain oil from bolt located on the bottom of oil pan into drain pan.using an oil filter wrench,locate oil filter and loosen counter clock-wise until it is loose enough to turn with your hand.remove oil filter and replace with a new one. note:(fill oil filter about half way full and lubricate rubber gasket located on the new oil filter "both with new oil" before installation) tighten the new oil filter as tight as you can get it with only your hand.FRAM makes a filter that will be easy to grip that has a rough black polymer coating on the end.
