Pandora beads are on a screw-thread with a screw-thread on the end of the bracelet. To remove beads you "unscrew" the bead as though you were unscrewing a nut.

If you go to an ear doctor they have a vaccum thing that doesn't hurt. I had to have it done earlier today, and it really didn't hurt. I am only 11 years old.
