You can take out a corkscrew nose ring by taking your thumb and putting your nail under the ball/crystal part on the side that is closest to your face and the Pull forward towards the tip of your nose. Lastly, pull it and it should come right out.

Take it out and switch to a wider ring or long bar. Do warm water soaks to reduce the swelling.

i would see a piercer
First you buy a new nose ring. Second you wipe the peircing with piercing cleaner Third you carefully take out the nose ring Fourth you wipe the piercing with more piercing cleaner Fifth you carefully put in the new nose ring.... TADA!!!!
Well if it's a captive bead ring (a ring with a bead on it) just push the bead out of the opening of the ring and roll the ring out of the piercing.
