Mary Shelley was linked to Dr. Lind because he was the first person to demonstrate electro medical experiments he made dead frogs move using an electric shock and this is what inspired Mary Shelly to write Frankenstein

She wrote Frankenstein and he wrote Dracula, two of the most famous horror novels ever written. They would not have met as she died in 1851 in England and he had only been born in 1847 in Ireland.
