Like the many earlier handheld units that were one game per unit, the Nintendo GameBoy was made so that you can install one of many game cartridges like its console predecessors, allowing a multi gaming platform to go mobile. This unit pioneered the release of all other game loading handheld units and revolutionized the mobile gaming industry including technology behind tablets and smartphones.
