It depended on what class you were in. Whether you were 1st, 2nd or 3rd class.
They were treated like they were in the lap of luxury, which they were, for the Titanic was the most luxurious ship of that time for both rich AND poor alike
The first class passengers had spacious quarters and were waited on by the boat staff. They also had access to exclusive decks and were allowed to enter the life boats first.
The third class passengers were kept separate at all times from the 2nd and 1st class passengers.
There was a huge gap between the classes.
