There was no cure for leprosy in medieval times.

The best they could do was isolate lepers. Some carried a bell and called out "Unclean" as they went about, and if you were wise, you gave him/her a wide berth.

If you mean "medical treatment", the answer is that there was none, regardless of how rich you were. In medieval times leprosy was considered a contageous disease and its sufferers were often forced to live outside the cities in 'leper colonies'. If you were rich you could lead an - albeit somewhat isolated - life in your own house. The Crusader king (and leprosy sufferer) Baldwin IV of Jerusalem seems to have functioned and interacted quite normally during his lifetime, although people very probably tried to avoid getting into too close and personal contact with him .

It wasn't treated because they didn't understand the causes. Instead they segregated the people who had it and made them live in hovels and poverty.
