The piece of equipment that is only used in women's performances only are called "The Uneven Bars". They have bars for mens performances but they are not the same as the womens. The men's are called "The Parallel Bars".

There is a huge difference. Mens gymnastics has six events (parallel bars, rings, floor, Paloma horse, vault, and high bar) and the girls with only 4 (floor, bars, beam, and vault). When the men use the parallel bars, the are set at the EXACT same height. But when girls use the parallel bars (or called simply bars), they are at different heights making you having to jump from the lower bar to the higher one. Beam consists of grace and balance, floor being agility (same with men. Only girls have music to their routines.), and vault is the same too.
