Really tough question considering Washington would not know what to do with technology in its present form and cultural/racial issues. It's almost an impossible question. However if he had enough time to educate himself about the world today, I think Washington's main goal would be to eliminate political parties that exist today. He was a strong proponent that political powers would tear the country apart. Ironically, this was somewhat the case when republicans under the guidance of Abe Lincoln freed the slaves in the southern states that was largely controlled by the democrats. It's even more ironic today how the parties have changed their ideas today given that democrats are normally more supportive of African Americans' rights than republicans. None the less, republicans could have more foresight and be more liberal in a historical sense than democrats. Getting back on topic, Washington would see our party structure today and try to eliminate it.
I think he would be shocked. He would look at our politicians and think they were selfish people. He believed that a person should work in government, do their best, and then go home. Not make a life time job out of it. He would be upset over our government's torture of people, and I think he might not understand some of the things we have done to the constitution.
I think he wouldn't be surprised at what has happened with the political parties and would say "I told you so." He has been proven right that the political parties would be more concerned with themselves than the good of the people they represent. He would also be shocked at the professional politician. He felt that a man should serve for a short time and then go home. This no longer happens and contributes to the fact that the politicians are more concerned about what they think than what the people want who elected them.
It's hard to say he's been dead for a long time.

A fairly good one. He had the task to create an office that was not a king, but an executive who would administer the government. He used his power well and not overtly and created traditions that are used today.
A phrase about George Washington: a devout, Christian man : a man who believed in the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. : a man who knew government would not work without the Bible as the basis for such government
