Mercury is mainly made of Iron with a thin rocky layer on the planet`s surface. It is also to close to the Sun which would allow the weather to vary. On one side of the planet it's usually about 370 degrees Celsius and on the other around -150 degrees Celsius. So no human being could possibly live on Mercury.

Mercury would not support life. A human would not survive without an incredible amount of support. We do not have the technology for someone to go to Mercury let alone land and explore the surface.

Here is what i found,

Mercury will terraform like our moon.

Underground cities will be protected from the searing heat and radiation of the sun that blasts away as the surface of Mercury. These cities will construct enormous solar-cells to convert sunlight into electricity. Mercury will then become a base to construct giant orbiting solar-power stations orbiting the sun at only 20 million milers distance from our yellow star. These stations will then be able to conduct electricity and power back to the colonized planets of the solar system.

Food, water, air, shelter. The same things you need for survival anywhere.

Since there is no real atmosphere, your home would essentially be the same as a spacecraft.

An oxygen tank. An space-suit capable of regulating temperature and pressure. The suit should also have adequate protection from the Sun's harmful UV rays.

Humans themselves do not use photosynthesis, but because humans depend on plants, as well as other animals that eat plants, in order to live, no, humans could not live without photosynthesis. Unless plants had another way to make food for themselves, humans could not live without photosynthesis.

Animals should not have the same rights as people?

i think humans are superior then animals because if we didn't have animals to test on then we would have to test on our selves and more human would die from the chemical test and animals need humans to live so they can live.

What is the coldest planet humans can live on?

Since outer space has a temperature of about 3 K (-273 °C), the planets cannot be any colder, so if you can live there (the ISS) you can live anywhere. But as far as survivable temperatures for humans, only Earth qualifies. The next closest is Mars, which would need less heat to make habitable. The polar zones of Mercury have bearable surface temperatures as well, but they exist in a hard vacuum (as with space).

Why do humans need to breathe in oxygen?

In order to live.
