That's almost impossible to say really. We certainly wouldn't understand we are a speck in a endless amount of space (literally & figuratively).
We might not even have a basic understanding of how our own solar system works. We might still think the sun, stars & planets revolve around the Earth.
Perhaps all the science that went into thinking of what's out there would be directed into other aspects of medicine, technology, geology & we'd have no illness, clean burning natural fuel.
Without the Apollo program, we would not have put a man on the moon, which would have impacted our understanding of space exploration, technological advancements, and inspiration for future generations. The space race between the US and the Soviet Union would have unfolded differently, potentially altering the trajectory of space exploration history.
Without space-based technology and exploration, our understanding of the universe would be significantly limited, leaving many cosmic phenomena a mystery. We would lack crucial advancements in communication, navigation, and weather forecasting that satellites provide, impacting daily life and global connectivity. Additionally, our perception of Earth as part of a vast universe would be less profound, potentially hindering scientific curiosity and the drive for innovation. Overall, the absence of space exploration would diminish our perspective on humanity's place in the cosmos and our responsibility toward our planet.
Oxygen tanks and space suits are needed for space exploration because there is no air in space and anyone there without suitable coverings and sources of oxygen would quickly die.
Space exploration has led to numerous advancements in technology, medicine, and our understanding of the universe. It also inspires curiosity, innovation, and collaboration among different countries. Ultimately, the benefits of space exploration extend far beyond the immediate goals of studying outer space.
Without space, there would be no room for celestial bodies like planets, stars, and galaxies to exist. Without space, our universe as we know it would not be able to expand, and the fundamental forces that govern our reality would be greatly altered, likely leading to a vastly different existence.
we`d live like cave men
Society would be exactly where it is now, but without space exploration, and possibly without air travel.
well the space exploration has changed Florida's economy because without space exploration we would not have the technology we have today such as laptops and video game controllers
Without space-based technology and exploration, our understanding of the universe would be limited to what we can observe from Earth. We would have less knowledge about our place in the cosmos and how the universe operates, potentially leading to a more limited perspective on our existence. Our technological advancements might also be hindered without the innovations gained from space exploration.

Just get a life !
Without space exploration, we would miss out on significant technological advancements like satellite communication, weather forecasting, and GPS navigation systems. We would also lose the opportunity to learn more about our universe, from understanding the origins of the cosmos to discovering potential habitable planets beyond our solar system.
The development of advanced rocket technology and the creation of artificial satellites have revolutionized space exploration the most. These advancements have enabled humans to travel further into space, gather valuable data about the universe, and establish a continuous presence in space. Additionally, the construction of the International Space Station has allowed for long-term human spaceflight missions and international collaboration in space exploration.

You would look like a space-hopper filled with liquid.
