1.You could go to your pharmacy and buy a glucose meter and test yourself
2.You could go to your local pharmacy and buy a diabetes urine tester. It's strips that you get and when you urinate in the toilet, you drop the strips in the toilet and it turns a certain color if you have diabetes.
3. The best way to determine if you have diabetes, is to go to your dr.
