It would seem to be rather unlikely that a dog could pick up worms while at a groomer. I suppose if it had access to food or feces from another dog while it was there they could possibly pick up worms. It is very common for dogs to have worms and they should be checked regularly. It is better just to go to the veterinary supply store, or feed store and pick up some wormer. Or take the dog to the vet. I don't know how you can make a dog eat enough vinegar to kill worms, and I can only imagine that it would not be healthy for the rest of the dog.
No, there is no such internal parasite in a dog called a Brown worm. Round worms look like spaghetti & tapeworms look like little grains of rice & then you have other parasites that are too tiny to be seen with your naked eye such as whip worms, hook worms, etc. Best thing to do is to bring a small sample of your dog's feces to your Veterinarian & it will be tested to see what types of parasites your dog may have. You must know so your Veterinarian can treat your dog with the proper medication or at least let you know what type to purchase.
The other dog can get tape worms from the affected puppy only if that dog were to eat the puppy's fecal matter, which is where there would be tape worms.

There are several signs to look for to find out if your dog has worms. Any abnormal behavior is the obvious choice. You know your dog better then anyone. Such symptoms as coughing, low energy and pot belly are signs. Some worms are easily detected by spotting worms in their fecal matter (poop)! But the easiest way to find out for sure is to take your dog to the vet.
