Estrogen and other hormones need a a certain amount of fat to metabolize foods for hormone production. But a well balanced diet will provide enough fat to maintain health.
if you are 35 and are not turned on by anything or if you are a virgin or never have sex or you have had sex and you didn't like it then you could be A-sexual i think this means you have little or no sex drive. Some people who are A-sexual may want a relationship and no sex or they don't want anything you also get A-sexuals who want relationships with the same gender and still not want to have sex. I not a doctor so i can't say that your 'this' or 'that' but i can say that if your not sure about the information I've given you then i'd go and see a doctor. :) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asexuality
