Add them to water. The salt will dissolve, then you can pass the mixture through a filter and separate the sand out. The water can then be heated, it will evaporate and leave the salt behind.

distillation, if u want to do further u can use electrolysis to separate the water and possible the sand as well, however i doubt the latter

A simple filter would be suitable for separating sand and water. An alternative would be to evaporate the water, leaving the sand behind.
