All depending on the probability of your parents genes mixing correctly to make who you are. Of course the chances of being below average or a genius are not high, however; the question asks how can you say that boys are more intelligent it also depends on what choices, environment, and gene factors into your IQ. Boys can be intelligent on one thing while girls can be intelligent in another while they both have a subject they have no intelligence on. This question is asked and debated on a lot and its hard to find a true answer without critics as the truth would be found by a man or woman.
