Ok. This question does not make much sense at all. But I'm guessing you want to know how much xp you get when you use dragon bones with a gilded altar? So...
Dragon Bones xp: 72 xp per bone.
Gilded Altar: 350% of normal xp.
This means that you will get 252 xp per dragon bone used on a gilded altar.
NOTE: It is only 350% when there are 2 lit marble burners.

It depends what kind of bones you're using, and if you're a member or not. If you're f2p, then it would take a while to build up your prayer level. If you're a member, then you can grind bones at Ectofuntus, or at a guilded altar at POH's. So yeah I would say it's normal.

The spelling is "gilded altar". You take bones, or certain special ashes (popular choices are dragon bones and infernal ashes), then right-click on a bone/ash and USE it on the altar. This alone will increase the prayer experience per bone (or ash) by a factor 2.5. However, if you light both burners first (requires 2 marrentil and a tinderbox), you will get a factor 3.5 out of the same bones or ashes.
