I'm 13 and my breasts are growing a lot faster than my friends. Should I show off my large cleavage or wear a really tight crop top to make them look small?
If you like them then by all means show them off if you want. My friend was a C cup at 12 yo and she was proud of them, showed them off to everyone.

It may be better to wait until you're a bit older to decide. There are "minimizer" Bras that will provide support in the meantime. If you show them off too much you may attract a lot of unwanted attention from older boys. A girl in my history class was a 38D at 15 and always had to tell us we weren't allowed to feel her.
